Common questions
Every tailor with us has a recommended price for each repair. It can change once the tailor has looked at the photo of your garment.
You do not pay until the tailor has confirmed your order. You get an email as soon as a tailor accepts your request.
It varies from tailor to tailor, and with the time of year. Your tailor comes back with an estimate of when you can collect your garment. Soon you will be able to set the turnaround yourself.
